Marilee Johnson, MBA, MT (ASCP), CIC, currently serves as the State Quality Manager and Technical Advisor for Infection Prevention at Alliant Health Solutions, where responsibilities include advising approximately 2000 nursing homes across multiple states on COVID-19 data reporting and leading educational initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as the Strategic Services Manager at WakeMed/Southern Atlantic Healthcare Alliance, where management of education programs supported over 1500 alliance members, and as a Public Health Educator at the North Carolina Division of Public Health, overseeing the CDC's One & Only Campaign. Marilee's career also includes roles as a Public Health Epidemiologist and Medical Technologist at WakeMed, focusing on infection prevention and compliance analysis. Educational background encompasses a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Meredith College, complemented by certification as an Integrative Health Coach from Duke Integrative Medicine.
