Leslie McLeod

Leslie McLeod began their career in 1981 as a Service Rep at Standard Insurance. Leslie then worked at Benefit Planning Associates as a Partner from 1983 to 1992. Following that, Leslie joined Mesirow Financial in 1992 as a Managing Director until 2016 when Mesirow Insurance was acquired by Alliant/Mesirow Insurance Services. Leslie then became a Senior Vice President at Alliant/Mesirow Insurance Services, where they are responsible for evaluating innovative strategies to ensure corporate solvency and enhance employee retention. Leslie also negotiates comprehensive coverage for clients while maintaining their budget objectives and provides consultative services from coverage implementation through renewal.

Leslie McLeod obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the University of Oregon, attending from 1977 to 1981.
