William Chen

William Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, IT strategy, and performance management. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Ops & IT Strategy and Performance Management at Allianz Asia Pacific since December 2019, William previously held several key roles at Citi from December 2006 to October 2019, including Executive Decision Support Head for the Global Consumer Bank in Asia, where responsibilities included financial performance analysis for a USD 7.5 billion business. William also served in various leadership positions within the Asia Private Bank, focusing on business management and project management. Prior to Citi, William was a Project Delivery Manager at BCS Information Systems Private Limited, overseeing important implementations of cheque solutions across multiple regions. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland.
