Susan Duffy FCIPD is currently the Head of Human Resources at Allianz Global Life. Prior to their current role, Susan served as the HR Shared Services Manager at Boots Ireland and as Head of HR, Training & Facilities at SuMi Trust Global Asset Services. Susan also has experience as an HR Manager at Flextronics Dublin and as an HR Consultant at the EU Funded Project, Adapt. Susan holds various degrees in Employment Law, Executive Coaching, Strategic Human Resources, and Human Resources. During a planned career break, Susan pursued their interest in Art and Photography, showcasing their first exhibition in Dublin.
