John Ryan

John Ryan is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chief Underwriting Officer at Allianz Ireland since July 2008. Over the years, John has held various significant positions including Head of Retail Underwriting, Head of Pricing, Pricing Manager, and Pricing Actuary. John also participated in the Global Actuarial & Risk Development Program at Allianz Group for a brief period in 2012. Prior to these roles, John began as an Actuarial Trainee at Allianz Ireland in 2007. John Ryan holds a degree from University College Dublin in Actuarial & Financial Studies and has completed further qualifications through the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries between 2008 and 2011.
