Janet Ruchotzke

Janet Ruchotzke, CCP, PHR, currently serves as Principal Compensation Consultant at Allianz Life, specializing in full-service compensation functions, executive compensation, and board meeting preparations. Previously, Janet held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at Graco, where responsibilities included stock and corporate bonus program administration. Prior to that, Janet was with Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, for over a decade, progressing from Compensation Analyst roles to Director of Compensation, overseeing operations, vendor management, compliance, and analytics. Earlier career experiences include HR Specialist at MoneyGram International and Process Coordinator at Northwest Airlines. Janet holds a Double BBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
