Stefan Weinhofer

Stefan Weinhofer has a diverse work history, with their most recent position being as the Head of HR at Allianz Österreich since 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Allianz, including Head of Global Mobility, Senior HR Business Partner, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Allianz, they worked as a Consultant at GJP International, specializing in executive search and management audit for the energy industry. Additionally, they have held leadership roles at the United Nations Youth and Student Association of Austria - Academic Forum for Foreign Affairs, serving as Secretary General for both the Global Advancement Programme and the Vienna International Model United Nations.

Stefan Weinhofer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and International Relations from Webster Vienna Private University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Stefan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.
