Kelly Chandler

Kelly Chandler has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kelly is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Allied Associates International, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Allied Associates International, Kelly worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Noblis from 2015 to 2016, and at Noblis NSP from 2012 to 2015. Kelly also has experience at SPARTA, Inc. as a Manager of Recruiting from 2009 to 2012, and as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Kelly had a role as a Volunteer at USO from 2006 to 2007. Kelly began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Allegis Group from 1998 to 2001, and later held the position of Manager of Internal Recruiting from 2002 to 2004 at the same company. Kelly Chandler completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations (Concentration in Employment & Labor Law) at Penn State University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from the same university in 1998. Additionally, they hold several certifications in the field of Human Resources, including SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in June 2022, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), both obtained in June 2008.
