Madison Sylvester currently serves as the Sr. Enhanced Case Management Coordinator at Allied Benefit Systems since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Enhanced Case Management Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager and Skills Trainer at Valley Oaks Health, where services were provided to children in grades K-4, managing cases and communicating with parents and external resources. Madison has also contributed to the arts as an Assistant Theatre Teacher at CIVIC THEATRE OF GREATER LAFAYETTE INC, supporting children's musical theatre classes. An internship at Westminster Village Retirement focused on improving the well-being of elders with dementia through tailored projects and treatment plans. Madison engaged in academic research at Purdue University under Dr. Eckhardt and Dr. Tay, exploring psychological risk factors related to intimate partner violence and analyzing job-related discussions on social media. Madison holds a degree in Psychological Sciences from Purdue University, attained from 2015 to 2019.
