Jason McCauley

Jason McCauley is an accomplished professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety management, currently serving as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Allied Machine & Engineering since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Safety Manager for the Ready Mix Division at The Shelly Company from April 2015 to May 2020, and Environmental Health & Safety Engineer at Lockheed Martin from March 2010 to April 2015, where responsibilities included developing safety procedures and reviewing construction processes to enhance safety. Earlier in the career, McCauley served as a Senior Security Officer, maintaining security protocols at Lockheed Martin, and as a Juvenile Detention Officer, supervising residents at the Portage-Geauga County Juvenile Detention Center. McCauley started in retail management as an Assistant Manager at Advance Auto Parts from May 2002 to March 2007 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Kent State University.
