Carlos de Leon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions in the field of operations and management. Carlos started their career at Claro Guatemala, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, Quality Assurance, and Operations Supervisor from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, Carlos joined Allied Global and held the positions of Shift Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Vice President Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President Operations.
Carlos de Leon completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Galileo from 2017 to 2021. Carlos then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad Francisco Marroquín from 2021 to 2022.
