Jessica Hart

Jessica Hart is an industry veteran and has held various roles and leadership positions in the 30+ years she has been in multifamily housing. She has extensive knowledge of tax credit, HUD, conventional, lease-up, and luxury property management and has worked with Western Washington communities throughout her career. Prior to Allied, Jessica was also heavily involved with the asset management and sales side of the industry as an Acquisitions Manager selling 40 million in revenue. Jessica's industry expertise and proven revenue growth capabilities led her to joining Allied Residential in 2015. As Director of Training and Career Development for Allied, she is responsible for mentoring and creating successful educational programs and paths for all employees. Her industry knowledge and passion for people allows her to effectively educate and advance the careers of the employees. Jessica is an active member on the Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA) New Members and Training committees.
