Albie Laurence

Albie Laurence is an experienced professional in the health and social services sectors with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Security Guard at Allied Security and Principal Consultant at Laurence Pacific Consulting, Albie supports communities, Hapu, and Iwi in developing sustainable businesses that enhance whānau and community well-being. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Ōtākou Health Limited, where Albie led significant growth and service expansion, and Co-Founder of Otakou Health Limited trading as Te Kaika, facilitating the establishment of healthcare services in Dunedin. Albie has also contributed to academic research initiatives at the University of Otago and held leadership positions in community health organizations. Albie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Otago.
