Gina Mino

Gina Mino, CPA, CIA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Gina started their career as an Assistant Controller at Division 8 Inc. from May 2011 to July 2013. Gina then joined RSM US LLP as an Assurance Associate, where they worked from October 2014 to September 2018.

In 2018, Gina joined Indiana University Health as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Budgeting. During their tenure, they ensured regulatory compliance, accurate and timely statutory reporting, and effective risk-based capital management for insurance entities offering Medicare Advantage and Fully Insured Employer health plans in the State of Indiana. Gina also managed all aspects of regulatory, external, and internal audits, and financial examinations. Gina'srole covered offerings that included 30K lives and generated $200M annually. Gina worked at Indiana University Health till April 2022.

Currently, Gina holds the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Allied Solutions LLC, starting from April 2022.

Gina Mino, CPA, CIA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at National University in 2012. Gina then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, graduating in 2014. In addition to their education, Gina has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Indiana Board of Accountancy, as well as the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
