Kellie Phillips's work experience includes various roles in the insurance industry. Kellie started their career at Price Waterhouse as an Accountant from 1991 to 1994. Kellie then worked at Orion Capital Companies, Inc. as a Supervisor in Internal Audit from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they joined Chubb and held positions as Assistant Vice President in Project Management from 1998 to 2004, and as Assistant to the Vice President in Quality Assurance from 2004 to 2009. In 2014, they joined Allied World as an Assistant Vice President in Business Operations, a role they held until 2018. Kellie then became Vice President of Business Operations at Allied World from 2019 to 2021, and is currently serving as the Vice President of North American Insurance Operations at the same company.

Kellie Phillips earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western New England University from 1987 to 1991. Kellie also holds a certification as an Accountant/Certified Public Accountant from the Connecticut Certified Public Accountants, obtained in 1994.
