Heather Carrigan

Heather Carrigan has a strong background in nonprofit leadership and management. Heather served as the President/CEO of Allies for Every Child since 2010. Prior to that, Heather had a successful 12-year tenure at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Southern California, where they held the position of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they led the senior management team in setting strategies for legal, policy, and fundraising initiatives.
