Allies for Health + Wellbeing
Christy Owens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Christy started their career as an Americorps Member at City Year in 1997 and later became a Program Manager/Civic Engagement Manager. In 2005, they took on the role of Director of Special Projects, where they obtained grants and developed community programs. In 2015, they joined Wesley Family Services as a Therapist I Behavioral Health and worked there until 2018. Currently, they are working at Allies for Health + Wellbeing and has been promoted from Case Manager to Client Services Manager to their current position as Director of Client Services.
Christy Owens has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chatham University. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Core Value Framework from Jump Coaching Connection, Inc.
