Lonnie Owens-Wink

Lonnie Owens-Wink, MBA, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Supervisor at Salem Health since December 2019, Lonnie oversees a team, investigates employee relations issues, and collaborates with leaders to address people-related business needs. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Salem Health, Senior EE Relations Generalist, and Employee Relations Generalist at Samaritan Health Services, as well as a Human Resources Consultant and On-Site Manager at BBSI. Lonnie began a career in the HR field as a Placement Consultant at Westaff and also has experience in customer service management at Burlington Coat Factory. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Oregon University.
