Keith Fagan

Keith Fagan has a diverse work experience in various leadership and training roles. Keith is currently the Senior Vice President of Brand Experience at Alline Salon Group. Prior to that, they worked at Wireless Vision as the Sr. Director of Marketing, Training, and Communications, where they implemented new programs and supported over 4000 employees and 750 stores. Keith also worked as a Principal at The Growth Solution LLC, providing leadership development and training solutions for clients such as Sears and Regis Corporation. At Regis Corporation, they held roles such as Director of Talent Development and Retention Strategies and Director of Leadership Development and Training. Keith also has experience at Best Buy, where they held positions such as Corporate and Retail Leadership Development Senior Manager and Regional Sales Development Director. Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, training, and implementing strategies to improve performance and drive organizational success.

Keith Fagan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career, including certifications from Wiley Publishing, Inc., InsideOut Development, Master Coach- PeoplePix, The Ken Blanchard Companies, VitalSmarts, FranklinCovey, and Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office).
