David Marriott

David Marriott is an experienced professional with a strong background in reputation management and crisis communication. From 2015 to present, they have served as the Managing Director of Reputation Risk at Allison+Partners. Prior to that, they were the owner of Gogerty Marriott, Inc., a public affairs/reputation management consulting firm, from 1997 to 2015. In this role, they specialized in crisis communication, handling a range of high-profile cases including litigation, media investigations, and product recalls. David also dealt with healthcare issues and both civil and criminal litigation cases. Before starting their own firm, David was the President of Elgin Syferd Public Relations from 1990 to 1997.

David Marriott attended the University of Washington from 1961 to 1966, where they pursued a degree in Radio & Television with a focus on Broadcast Journalism.
