Michelle Cordero

Michelle Cordero is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Allivet since July 2020. Prior roles include Associate Director of Educational Content and Education Content Manager at Save the Water™, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, training, and managing the Education Content Team. Michelle also worked as a Teacher at Somerset Academy Charter Schools, leading digital transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic and developing professional development courses for educators. An internship at the Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum involved creating training for museum staff and producing educational materials for visitors. Previous experience as a Training Manager at Ibiley included developing training programs for new employees. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida International University.
