Chuma Figlan

Chuma Figlan is a Founder of BKTS Transportation since 2019. Prior to that, they were an Adherence & Control Manager and Adherence Junior Manager at All Life Insurance since 2016. As Adherence & Control Manager, their responsibilities included ensuring customer retention and satisfaction, designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies, recommending changes to products, services or systems to fulfil customer needs, addressing complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction, ensuring the department is run in line with budgetary requirements, maintaining stakeholder interest, and ensuring agreed SLAs are in line with mandate and appropriate timelines are met. As Adherence Junior Manager, their key responsibilities included team performance and continuous improvement.

Chuma Figlan attended Kaffrarian girls high school, followed by Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
