Vinod Gidvani-Diaz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Vinod began their career in 2006 as a Medical Reviewer at the Medical Review Institute of America, Inc. and subsequently held similar roles at Advanced Medical Reviews, AllMed Healthcare Management, and Permedion.

After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Toxicology at the University of California, Davis from 1988 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the Uniformed Services University and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree between the years 1992 and 1996. Subsequently, Vinod completed their Pediatric Residency at Keelser Medical Center, Keesler AFB, MS, from 1996 to 1999. Finally, they underwent a Fellowship in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at the National Capital Consortium/Walter Reed AMC from 2002 to 2005.
