Josh MacKay

Josh MacKay, P. Eng., is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in materials testing and quality control. Currently serving as the Materials Testing Group Lead at Allnorth Consultants Limited since June 2017, MacKay oversees the materials testing team and projects in the Kamloops office, specializing in a variety of construction materials. Previous roles include Quality Control Manager at the Rio Tinto Kemano T2 Project and experience as a Civil Engineer in Training with responsibilities across multiple projects, including New Gold and BC Hydro's Site C project. MacKay's diverse background also includes teaching and labor positions, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Northern British Columbia and further studies at The University of British Columbia.
