Cheryl Paterson

Cheryl Paterson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cheryl started their career at Amazon in 1998, where they held various roles and was recruited by bookpages. Cheryl then joined the United Nations as a Recruitment Clerk in 2001. In 2002, they joined the NHS Trust as an Ashford and St Peters. From 2007, they worked at Allocate Software, starting as a Pre-sales Manager and progressing to roles such as Director of Pre-sales and Customer Engagement, Product Manager, and eventually, Head of Pre-sales and Global Head of Pre-sales. Their responsibilities at Allocate Software included overseeing the pre-sales function, managing a team of product experts, and ensuring customer adoption through various strategies.

Cheryl Paterson began their education in 1992 at Windsor Girls School, where they studied for three years. Cheryl then attended Weybridge College from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice with a focus on HR. Continuing their education, Cheryl attended Farnborough College of Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a degree in Human Resources Management and Services, earning a CIPD qualification.
