Felipe Pires

Felipe Pires began their career in 2013 as a Product Designer at i2 Mobile Solutions, where they were responsible for designing with existing mobile guidelines, adapting web products into mobile experiences, presenting and validating solutions with clients, and working in a fast-paced environment. In 2014, they moved to TOHTT as a Product Designer, where they were challenged to develop a mobile app to allow young people to create collaborative playlists using Bluetooth technologies. In 2015, they joined Liferay, Inc as a Product Design Manager, where they managed the Brazilian team and led the design for their Business Operation Suite. Felipe's main responsibilities included leading hiring processes, onboarding new hires, reviewing design works, following up designers' growth, helping to improve their design system, defining organizational processes, and partnering with product managers to achieve business goals. In 2021, they joined Alloy Automation as a Product Design Lead, where they are leading product, brand, and research initiatives towards the establishment of a culture of design excellence.

Felipe Pires attended Unibratec from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Degree in Graphic Design.
