Jenny Williams

Jenny Williams is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and creative direction. Currently serving as Head of Product Design at PagerDuty since March 2022, Jenny has previously held roles as Director and Senior Manager of Product Design at the same company. Prior to that, Jenny was the Senior Director of Design at Catalytic, Inc., where responsibilities included designing user-friendly platforms and partnering with product leaders. Jenny's earlier career included a tenure as Creative Director and Principal at Sidecar Creative, focusing on unique print and digital experiences, and as Senior Graphic Designer at Designkitchen, working on campaigns and brand identities for notable clients. Jenny holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
