Srinjoy Chakraborti, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical research and microbiology. Srinjoy is currently working as a Principal Scientist - TCR Engineering at Keyway TCR Discovery in Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Scientist - Antibody Engineering at Scholar Rock from 2020 to 2022.

Srinjoy also has experience working at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where they served as a Damon Runyon Sohn Pediatric Cancer Research Fellow from 2018 to 2020 and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 2017 to 2018. During their time there, they focused on peptide-Class I Human Leukocyte Antigen (pHLA-I) Complexes and T-cell receptor (TCR) cross-reactivity.

Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, General from Bharati Vidyapeeth, completed from 2002 to 2005.
