Caroline Thompson

Caroline Thompson, MSc, Assoc CIPD has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Caroline'smost recent role is as the Talent and Development Director at AllPoints Fibre, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Caroline worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Vitrifi from February 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Vitrifi, they served as the Director of Learning and Development at Pervigeo from January 2020 to February 2022. Caroline also held various positions at Enham Trust, including Head of Learning and Development & Talent from December 2020 to January 2022, and Head of Learning and Development from September 2020 to December 2020.

Prior to that, they served as the Senior Learning and Development Manager for EMEA & APAC at Sungard Availability Services UK from April 2015 to June 2016, and as the European Learning & Development Business Partner at Sungard Availability Services from October 2013 to April 2015.

Caroline's early career includes a role as the Learning & Development Specialist at Thames Water from September 2011 to September 2013. Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, and has held various leadership positions within this field.

Caroline Thompson holds an MSc degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. Caroline has also obtained various certifications, including Psychological Safety from Zircon BeTalent in 2021, Culture fit and teams from Zircon BeTalent in 2020, and Belbin Team Roles from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office).
