Steph Merrifield

Steph Merrifield has a strong background in human resources and personnel management. Steph most recently worked at AllPoints Fibre as the Chief People Officer starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Giganet from March 2022 to September 2023. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Regional HR Director at STANLEY Security. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 2011 to 2022. Steph began their career in HR at the University of Oxford as a Personnel Services employee from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at McCormick (UK) Ltd from 2004 to 2009.

Steph Merrifield attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Psychology & Business Studies. Currently, Steph is enrolled in In Good Company and pursuing a degree in ILM Level 7 Executive and Senior Level Coaching.
