Andrea Valen

Andrea Valen is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in managed services and technology solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Managed Services at Allscripts since September 2019, Andrea previously held the position of Service Delivery Director at Dimension Data from June 2013 to August 2018. Prior roles at Hewlett-Packard spanned various titles, including Account Executive, Business Operations Manager, Business Process Manager, and SLA Metrics and Reporting Manager, from May 2004 to June 2013. Andrea’s career commenced at Procter & Gamble as a Project Lead from 1988 until May 2004. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Information Systems from Northeastern University, attended from 1989 to 1993, and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School (1982-1985).
