Johnnie R. (Phelan) Martinez has a diverse work experience in medical billing and accounts receivable. They started their career in 1997 at Apria Healthcare as a Medi-Cal Billing Specialist, where they reduced longstanding accounts receivable and obtained retroactive authorizations. They then worked as an Office Manager at Prosports Med Chiropractic, where they successfully collected on outstanding Workers' Comp claims. At Kareo, they served as an Account Manager, providing comprehensive account management, billing, and collections services for multiple physician offices.
