Regina Demoss

Regina DeMoss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Regina worked at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1988 to 1997, where they served as Team Lead/examiner and was responsible for examining insurance policies and claims. Regina also worked at First Union Mortgage in 1997 as a Hazard Insurance Analyst/Trainer, where they processed insurance bills and renewals. At Allscripts, they held the role of Senior EDI Manager from 1997 to 2019, leading the recruiting, training, and execution of L2 EDI implementation and support. Regina achieved strong results and provided mentoring to analysts. Currently, they hold the position of EDI Director Of Success Implementation and Support at Allscripts.

Regina DeMoss completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Shaw University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended CUNY Bronx Community College from 1988 to 1989, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Regina also obtained certifications in "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" from LinkedIn in July 2023, and in "Coaching and Developing Employees" and "Mentoring Others" from Lynda.com in July 2018.
