Stephen Mahoney

Stephen Mahoney has a diverse work history in talent acquisition and staffing. Stephen began their career in 1997 as an IT Recruiter at Infotech, where they built a strong client base and improved the quality of applicants. In 2002, they became a Software Sales Manager at Powerplace Software, overseeing sales and marketing efforts. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at The Forum Group, managing the recruitment and placement of IT professionals. Stephen then joined The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as a Sr. Staffing Specialist, where they handled full life-cycle recruitment and negotiated compensation. In 2012, Stephen transitioned to Altera Digital Health as Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Stephen later moved on to Allscripts, where they held various roles, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they led teams and provided national recruitment support to the IT Managed Services Division.
