Jamie Richardson

Jamie Richardson is a seasoned executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Product Governance and Initiatives at Allspring Global Investments since June 2019. In this role, Jamie leads the implementation of strategic, efficiency, and regulatory initiatives, managing a team of project managers, consultants, and analysts while focusing on product and pricing analysis, risk and control program design, and data automation. Prior experience includes positions at Wells Fargo Asset Management, where Jamie led operational integration initiatives, and various roles at Wells Fargo in strategy management and consulting, specializing in client experience design and product development. Jamie's career began at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and at Merrill Lynch as an Analyst. Jamie holds an MBA from Duke University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia.
