Matthias Scheiber

Matthias Scheiber is a seasoned investment professional with a strong focus on Multi-Asset solutions, currently serving as the Head of Systematic Multi-Asset at Allspring Global Investments since January 2019. In this role, Matthias oversees Multi-Asset strategies encompassing Growth, Income, and Alternatives, while previously holding the position of Global Head of Portfolio Management, responsible for developing outcomes-oriented investment solutions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Schroders, Aethra Asset Management, Fortis Investments, ABN Amro Asset Management, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Noe Wien, where Matthias specialized in portfolio management, tactical asset allocation, and absolute return mandates. Matthias holds a PhD in Mathematical Finance and an MSc in Financial Engineering from Birkbeck, University of London, along with a CFA designation and a Master's in Corporate Finance from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt.
