Julia Andrews Chrl

Julia Andrews CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Julia began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Canwest in 2002 and then moved on to work as a Human Resources Representative at National Post, Inc. from 2003 to 2008. Julia then joined Postmedia Network Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist from 2008 to 2011 and later became a Human Resources Manager, providing operational support to sales and digital divisions. In 2018, Julia joined Allstate Canada as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided strategic HR leadership, advice, and consultative services to client groups. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources at Allstate Canada.

Julia Andrews CHRL completed a post-graduate program in Human Resource Management at Seneca Polytechnic in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Sociology from Queen's University between 1997 and 2001. In 2011, Julia became a Certified Human Resources Leader through the Human Resources Professional Association.
