Jennifer Bacchi

Jennifer Bacchi currently serves as the Human Resources Director at IQVIA, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent over 22 years at Benchmark Research, where responsibilities included Executive Vice President Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Clinical Site Director. Jennifer's career began at PPD as a Phase I Clinical Team Lead from January 1997 to January 2001. Educationally, Jennifer holds a Paramedic degree from Moraine Valley Community College and obtained the SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources Development from the SHRM Society for Human Resource Management in 2016.
