Mandy Virk

Mandy Virk has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Mandy started their career as an Intern at Manpower in 2010 and then worked as a Staffing Specialist and Senior Staffing Specialist. Mandy later joined Walmart Canada as a National Talent Acquisition Specialist and then progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed a high-performance team and implemented effective sourcing strategies. Mandy then moved to Louis Vuitton as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, where they played a crucial role in recruiting and developing talent. Mandy also founded Ace of Space Decor, a full-service event decor company, and served as its Founder. Mandy's most recent role is as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Allstate Canada, where they continue to contribute to the insurance industry.

Mandy Virk attended the University of Toronto from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree. In 2009-2010, they pursued a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at Sheridan College. In 2021, Mandy completed a Mental Health First Aid course through Mental Health First Aid Canada.
