KimLoan Tran, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Talent Management at Allstate, focusing on building a skills-driven organization that leverages AI. In addition, KimLoan is a lecturer at the University of Chicago, teaching a graduate course on Inclusive Leadership, and a facilitator for the Association for Talent Development's certification programs. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Learning Officer at TIBCO and Head of Global Learning and Development at Stanford Health Care. With a robust background in change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational development, KimLoan has also worked with Deloitte and Accenture, holding various leadership positions in talent and organizational strategy.
