Ruminant Commercial Director (global) at Alltech

Neil Keane has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Neil started their career in 2001 at Thomas Flynn & Sons as a Ruminant Specialist, where they successfully generated sales revenue in new geographical areas. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Ruminant Product Manager at Countrywest, where they grew their sales ledger from £400,000 to £1.2 million.

In 2005, they joined Alltech UK as a Northern Key Account Manager, and after two years, they were promoted to the role of Northern UK Key Account Manager. From 2009 to 2012, Neil worked at Alltech as the European Farm Products Manager, responsible for sales and the handover of a divested business unit. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the European Beef Sales Manager at Alltech, leading the sales and marketing strategy for the beef segment.

Neil's most recent role was at Alltech as the Ruminant Commercial Director (Global), starting in January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for driving Alltech ruminant sales and aligning the strategy with corporate goals. Additionally, Neil served as the President of the Agricultural Science Association in Ireland from September 2015 to August 2016, where they represented and supported agricultural professionals in the country.
