Chad M.

Chad M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Chad most recently worked at Alludo as a Principal Software Engineer starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at OnSolve from August 2020 to November 2021. Chad also worked at AssuranceAmerica as a Software Engineer for a brief period in 2020, where they implemented Salesforce Financial and Marketing Cloud and wrote import/export programs in C#.

Before that, Chad had a long-term role at Conisus LLC as a Contract Software Engineer from May 2017 to March 2020. During their time there, they reengineered a budget forecasting module and designed survey components using AngularJS Schema Form. Chad also worked with various technologies like Bootstrap, AngularJS, and jQuery.

Prior to Conisus LLC, Chad worked as the Director of Software Development at Enblem, LLC from October 2015 to October 2017. In this role, they co-authored RFPs, evaluated offshore teams, and managed daily interactions with the offshore development team and C-level executives. Chad M. attended Purdue University from 1986 to 1992, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Chad obtained a degree in this field during their time at Purdue. In addition to their formal education, Chad M. has obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they achieved the Veracode Security Labs Champion Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Veracode. Chad also holds the HRCI: 398762 and SHRM: 19-FUM54 certifications obtained from Trüpp in December 2020. Furthermore, Chad M. received the Selecting Talent certification from Trüpp, also in December 2020.
