Jeff Byal, CPA, CGMA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jeff currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Alludo since June 2023. Previously, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Avetta from April 2021 to June 2023, where they played a key role in connecting contractors and companies through software-enabled global contractor management services. Before that, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer at Appriss from 2016 to April 2021, responsible for finance, accounting, legal compliance, and facilities. Jeff Byal, CPA, CGMA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their degree, Jeff has acquired various certifications throughout their career. Jeff obtained their CPA license from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2014. Prior to that, they held CPA licenses in Kentucky and Nebraska, which were obtained from the State Board of Accountancy in 1989. Jeff also obtained certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in October 2021.
