Karen Guglielmo has extensive experience in the field of communications and content marketing. Karen began their career in 1997 as a Corporate Communications Manager at Cahners Publishing, where they managed the company's Intranet and Internet content. Karen then joined TechTarget in 2000, initially working as a Site Editor for SearchCIO.com. In this role, they planned and organized webcasts, podcasts, and videocasts, and managed industry experts and freelancers as contributors to the site. Karen then transitioned to the position of Executive Editor, where they supervised a team of writers, editors, and copy editors, and oversaw the assignment and editing of articles for online and newsletter publications.

In 2006, Karen moved to Iron Mountain, where they took on the role of Content Marketing Manager. During their tenure, they developed content strategies and oversaw the production of custom white papers, webcasts, podcasts, videos, and face-to-face events in collaboration with leading technology companies. Karen continued to excel at Iron Mountain and was promoted to Senior Global Content Marketing Manager. In this position, they focused on developing content and creative strategies to support inbound and demand generation campaigns, managing content calendars, and leading cross-functional teams.

In 2012, Karen returned to TechTarget as a Custom Content Director, working closely with technology companies to create content strategies specifically tailored to different technology segments. Karen also played a key role in developing custom white papers, webcasts, podcasts, videos, and other online products.

Most recently, Karen joined Alludo in 2022 as the Director of Brand and Employee Communications, overseeing both internal and external content and communications plans to enhance the company's corporate reputation and drive a positive public perception.

Throughout their career, Karen has exhibited strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a keen ability to develop impactful and compelling content strategies.

Karen Guglielmo completed their Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from West Virginia University. Karen pursued their education at the university from 1988 to 1992.
