Shital Shah

Shital Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the retail industry, currently serving as a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since September 2024. With a career spanning over 16 years at Allure Gems LLC, Shital has held various leadership roles including Director of Merchandising, Director of Merchandise and Sales, and President of Merchandising and Sales. Prior to these positions, Shital began as a merchandizer at Allure Gems LLC from May 2008 until September 2024. Shital holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Morden College, completed in April 1996.
