Floyd Capistrano, MBA, PMP

Floyd Capistrano, MBA, PMP has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and program management. Floyd worked at General Dynamics Land Systems as a mechanical engineer from 1996 to 1998. Floyd then joined Motorola, where they held the position of Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer from 1998 to 2004. Floyd started their career at DRS Technologies, Inc. in 2004 as the Mechanical Engineering Functional Manager and worked there until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Alluvionic Inc. first as VP of Programs and Development and then as the current VP of GRC & Engineering. Floyd has vast expertise in mechanical engineering, program management, and leadership, highlighted by their position as PMP certified.

Floyd Capistrano holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Floyd also has a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University that they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Capistrano is also a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, which they acquired in December 2015.
