David Battigan

David Battigan has a strong background in IT and digital strategy, with extensive experience as a Chief Information Officer (CIO). David is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at AllView Healthcare, where they are responsible for shaping IT, Digital & Data Strategy and building a cutting-edge Medtech PaaS platform. Prior to this, David was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at The AA (Ireland), where they led digital and data strategy. David also worked as a CIO Consultant at RCubed Tech Ltd, advising C-Suite, Board, and Government on digital, IT, outsourcing, and transformation. In their past roles, David held positions such as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Fónua Ltd., where they played a key role in scaling the company and leading core capabilities including IT, data, enterprise change, global supply chain, and customer care. David also worked as a Project Manager at IBM and held a role as an IT Projects & Operations Manager at Matheson.

David Battigan attended Trinity College Dublin where they earned a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree. Additionally, they attended University College Dublin, where they pursued a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree with a focus on eCommerce & Strategy. Before attending these universities, David Battigan also completed their secondary education at St. Declans CBS.
