Chastity Mora

Chastity Mora has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Chastity started their career in 2015 at Apple, where they worked as a Genius and later as a Technical Expert. In these roles, they provided technical support to customers, diagnosed and repaired device issues, and offered solutions for quick resolutions.

In 2019, Chastity joined the NYC Department of Education as a Computer Technician. Their responsibilities included providing break/fix support for devices, configuring technology equipment, managing group policies and Active Directory, and adding/removing users. Chastity remained with the NYC Department of Education until July 2022.

Currently, Chastity works at Allvue Systems as an IT Support Specialist. Their tasks involve offering professional technical support to colleagues on hardware and software issues. Chastity is also an expert in software applications such as MO365, Slack, and Okta. Additionally, they manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure accurate completion of pre-employment procedures.

Chastity Mora attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations. In 2016, they also obtained the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification from Apple.
