Paul Hall

Paul Hall has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance within the technology and robotics sectors. Currently serving as VP Test and Quality at Ally Robotics, Paul previously held key positions at Microsoft for nearly two decades, including Principal Electrical Engineer and Director of Surface Design Verification Engineering. In those roles, Paul led teams to enhance product quality for Surface devices and Xbox consoles, driving critical testing and product development initiatives. Earlier positions included senior engineering roles at Calypso Medical and Motorola Solutions, where Paul contributed to product development and technical leadership. Paul holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington.
