Miikka Ahola

Miikka Ahola has a comprehensive work experience in manufacturing and technology. Miikka currently holds the position of Manufacturing Technology Director at Scanfil plc since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GE Healthcare as a Manufacturing capability & process development engineer from August 2020 to August 2022. From 2014 to 2020, Miikka worked at KONE Corporation in various roles, including Manufacturing solutions manager and Senior Specialist, Electronics & Team Leader. Miikka started their career at Vansco Electronics, where they worked as a Production test development engineer and later became the Production test development team leader.

Miikka Ahola earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2003. Miikka also has additional certifications in machine learning, ESD expert training, failure analysis and reliability testing, and accelerated life testing analysis.
